Our Guiding Philosophy

 

Welcome to Kintras.com. We believe in clarity over complexity and execution over theory. These terms are our professional handshake—a transparent agreement that sets out how we work together. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Part A: Terms for Clients

1. Engagement & Scope of Work (SOW): Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be mutually agreed upon in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal before work commences.

2. Fees and Payment: Fees will be outlined in the SOW. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

3. Confidentiality: We will treat all non-public information you share as strictly confidential. Likewise, you agree to keep Kintras’s proprietary methodologies confidential.

4. Intellectual Property (IP): You will own the IP of the final, bespoke deliverables we create for you upon full payment. Kintras retains ownership of all its pre-existing IP and frameworks.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate an ongoing SOW with 30 days’ written notice. You agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

6. Limitation of Liability: We perform our services with professional skill. Our total liability to you is limited to the total fees paid by you under the relevant SOW.

Part B: Terms for Network Consultants & Affiliates

1. Relationship: You will operate as an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

2. Project Engagement: Kintras will present project opportunities. You agree to deliver any accepted work to the highest professional standard, embodying Kintras’s values.

3. Fees: Your fees are agreed upon per project. Kintras operates on a transparent commission model.

4. Non-Circumvention: You agree not to solicit or accept work directly from any client introduced by Kintras for 12 months following our last project with that client.

5. Termination: You may leave the network with 30 days’ written notice, provided you fulfill ongoing project commitments. Kintras reserves the right to remove you from the network for breach of these terms.

1. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
